Do I really not need to travel to India?

The Power of Attorney we draft covers every signature: the Agreement to Sell, the Sale Deed registration, the bank coordination, and the repatriation paperwork. You execute the POA from the Indian Consulate or apostille it in your country. We do the rest.
How much does this actually cost me?
The strategy call is free. If you decide to engage us, our property-sale service typically runs 2–3% of the sale value, with everything you see in the stack above included — Form 128 filing, POA, buyer identification, sale deed, ITR, repatriation. No hidden line items. The cost is paid out of the sale proceeds, so you don't pay anything upfront.
What if the IT Department rejects my Form 128 application?
It almost never happens when filed correctly. The estimated TDS rate is granted based on your actual capital gains computation, which we prepare with full documentation. In the rare case it's partially reduced (rather than fully approved at the target rate), you still benefit from a lower withholding than the default — and you recover the rest via your annual ITR.
What if I don't have a buyer yet?
